ZBH5180TXSEQABEV PURE ELECTRIC washing and sweeping vehicle is a new generation of environmental sanitation mechanical product developed by our company. It is refitted with the pure electric chassis of EQ1180GEVJ1 class II truck of Dongfeng Motor Company, with zero emission. Its working principle is that the chassis and top are powered by batteries, the road surface is cleaned with high-pressure and low-flow high-pressure water flow, and the sewage and garbage on the road surface are sucked back to the on-board dustbin through the fan.

Functions

With pavement cleaning, cleaning and cleaning, it can clean road edges, curb stone facades, front corner spray and rear spray, and high pressure spray guns can clean road signs, billboards and other functions. When low-pressure sprinkler system is selected, low-pressure front flushing or duckbill flushing can be carried out.

Application  

It is applicable to high-definition cleaning operations of big city squares, road pavements and curbs, as well as ordinary cleaning operations such as cleaning and cleaning of city squares, road pavements and curbs. Main structure &performance features

• Chassis

Chassis. The chassis of eq118gevj1 class II truck of Dongfeng Motor Corporation is modified. The total power parameter of chassis battery (total power / voltage / capacity): 314.14kwh/579.6v/542ah). The chassis is the most advanced and reliable pure electric class II cargo chassis in China.
Chassis motor. Tz370xs-lkm1103 permanent magnet synchronous motor of Suzhou lvkong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. is adopted. Motor parameters (rated power / speed / torque): 80kW / 1270rpm / 600N m。

• Upper motor and its transmission device

Install the motor. The top mounted motor adopts tz380xs-90zl of Ningde times. When the rated speed is 1500 R / min, the continuous power of the motor is 90kw. The fan and high-pressure water pump are driven by diaphragm coupling, bearing seat and belt pulley. There is a pneumatic clutch in front of the high-pressure water pump. The pneumatic clutch is separated, and the high-pressure water pump does not need to work.

• Fan

9-26 series 7.1 centrifugal fan is adopted, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve, wide high efficiency area and so on. It is one of the important accessories of Zhonglian medium-sized road sweeper for a long time. It has mature technology and reliable work.
4. Dustbin
304 single-layer stainless steel tile edge structure design is adopted, which integrates some clean water containers and garbage containers. The dustbin is tipped for unloading, the unloading angle is 480, the total volume of the dustbin is 6m3, and the effective volume is not less than 3.5 m3.

• Suction nozzle

The total width of the suction nozzle is 2440mm, and the suction width is 2400mm, which is almost flush with the vehicle width. The work efficiency and cleanliness are improved.

• Cleaning device.

The dual-purpose sweeping plate of cleaning and sweeping vehicle (Patent No. 200820052391.1) with national patent is adopted, which has the function of anti-collision and obstacle avoidance (patent structure, patent No. 00224174.9). During operation, when the disk sweeping and dust suction cover encounters an obstacle in front, it can shrink inward to avoid it, and automatically return to the normal working position after crossing the obstacle.
7. High pressure cleaning system
The high-pressure cleaning system consists of high pressure water pumps and high pressure water pipes. It mainly provides high pressure water for sweeping discs, suction nozzle sprinkler rods, garbage collector self cleaning device, rear spray device and manual cleaning device.
The high-pressure water pump adopts the international famous brand high-pressure plunger pump, with rated flow of 142l / min / 1450rpm and rated working pressure of 10MPa, high efficiency and good reliability.

• Electric control system

PURE ELECTRIC washing and sweeping vehicle adopts the control mode of "display + controller + can bus operation panel". When the operation starts and stops, the operation devices such as motor speed control, suction nozzle lifting, sweeping disc retraction and release, left and right spray bar retraction and release are all controlled by one key, which is easy to operate. Vehicle operation is realized by three operating devices, two in the cab and one in the operation panel on the right side of the rear of the vehicle.
display. It is located in the right front of the driver's seat and is mainly used for various washing and sweeping operations of vehicles.
Operation box. It is located next to the radio box in front of the driver's seat and is mainly used for starting and stopping the motor.
Operation panel. It is located behind the rear wheel on the right side of the vehicle and is mainly used for unloading, commissioning and maintenance of the dustbin.
The vehicle is equipped with color video rear view system. A camera is installed at the rear of the vehicle and a color display screen is installed in the cab. During operation, the cleaning effect can be checked and monitored in the cab. When reversing, you can navigate to prevent rear end collision.

There are many operation modes to choose from. The system has 9 operation modes: full sweep, left sweep, right sweep, full sweep, left sweep, right sweep, full sweep, left sweep and right sweep. The user can select the appropriate operation mode according to the operation needs. After the operation mode is selected, start the operation with one key, and all mechanisms that need to participate in the operation will automatically extend and operate according to the specified sequence. When the operation needs to be stopped, the one button shutdown will automatically stop the operation and return to the original state according to the specified sequence.

Install the main motor speed control. The normal working speed of the main motor is automatically controlled by the electrical system, with three gears of "standard", "medium force sweep" and "strong sweep". From the start of the main motor to the start of operation, run at a low speed, with a speed of about 50R / min. After the operation is started, the speed of the main motor will increase automatically. The stable working speed of "standard" gear is 1350r / min, that of "medium force sweep" gear is 1500r / min, and that of "strong sweep" gear is 1750r / min.
Voice alarm system. The voice alarm system equipped with the vehicle can send out a variety of voice alarms and prompt messages during operation and unloading, including voice prompt messages such as "water tank outlet valve is closed, can not be cleaned", "sewage tank overturns, please pay attention to safety", as well as multiple music prompt messages and roaring alarm messages, which are convenient and practical.
Vehicle controller. The vehicle controller HCU is independently developed and designed by Dongfeng commercial vehicle company. The core microprocessor chip adopts 32-bit Freescale microprocessor. The chassis control strategy integrates Dongfeng's 50 years of truck manufacturing experience and is supported by the driving experience data of 100000 customers to improve the daily driving comfort of truck drivers.

Comprehensive performance of battery. The power battery of this model is l271c01 lithium iron phosphate power battery box produced by Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., equipped with ceb-b60sv01 / ceb-b60h battery tube system, which is at the domestic advanced level. The battery system forms 10 sets of l271c01 battery boxes into a power battery assembly through 2 parallel and 5 series connection. L271c01 power battery box is packed by 36 6lh3l8 square aluminum shell single cells in series. The working temperature range is - 30 ℃ ~ 60 ℃ and the protection grade is IP68. It has multiple protections such as over temperature, overcharge, over discharge and short circuit, with stable performance, safety and reliability.
Drive motor. The chassis drive system adopts the permanent magnet synchronous motor (tz370xs-lkm1103) developed by Suzhou lvkong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd., with peak power of 160 kW, peak torque of 1100 N.m and protection grade of IP67. When combined with AMT gearbox, it can not only meet the comfort and economy of electric vehicle driving, but also achieve a climbing slope of more than 25%.
The top mounted motor adopts the permanent magnet synchronous motor tz380xs-90zl developed by Ningde times Motor Technology Co., Ltd. when the rated speed is 1500 R / min, the continuous power of the motor can reach 90kw and the protection grade is IP68, providing strong power output for the operating mechanism.
Six in one controller. The chassis adopts the six in one controller ktz54x59s-gvd55050 developed by Shenzhen yingweiteng electric vehicle drive technology Co., Ltd. for Dongfeng Motor, which integrates six functions: power steering motor controller, air compressor motor control, DC / DC, high-voltage power transmission and distribution, main drive motor controller and upper high-voltage precharge.

 The overall power density of the controller has been greatly improved, and the weight of the new product is about 38kg. The integrated single end waterproof connector is adopted to realize absolute IP68, so as to avoid the risk of reducing the protection grade caused by poor crimping harness. EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) solutions are integrated inside the chassis without additional external rectification, and can meet the requirements of conduction and radiation class 3 directly with shielded cables.

 
Safety protection:
