Horizontal Direct-Compacting Garbage Station
It's applicable for large, medium, and small garbage stations with 30 -1000t daily treatment capacity. Featuring excellent comprehensive performance, strong adaptability,“one machine for multiple detachable containers”, and high vehicle utilization rate, it’s especially suitable for medium and large garbage stations with ≥150t daily treatment capacity. System composition: Loading system, compacting system, transfer system, and auxiliary equipment, including central control system, monitoring system, and exhausting and dedusting system. By treatment capacity, it’s classified to large (＞450t/d), medium (150450t/d), and small (＜150t/d) complete equipment.

PERFORMANCE FEATURE
-The variable displacement feed compacting technology accurately controls the waste feed to effectively control the rebound of waste within the tank and eliminate the slag inclusion at waste tank gate.
-The self-compensation sealing technology for the pushing head almost eliminates the waste inclusion in the rear chamber of pushing head.
-The flexible deflection technology for the compacting cylinder guarantees the balanced force application of the cylinder, protects the seals, and prolong the life.
-Equipment source control: The sewage is collected in full-sealed manner to eliminate leakage.
-Civil construction cooperation: Collection and treatment by category, anti-clogging by fishbone structure, and anti-permeation by steel trench.
-Real-time 3D dynamic visualized control system: Real-time dynamic display and monitoring of operation process.
-Intelligent traffic commanding system: Realize the full-automatic point-to-point commanding of station vehicles for dumping and container loading at designated positions, requiring no manual intervention.
