1. Oil leakage of hydraulic system

Reasons: 1, pipe joints loose; 2. The sealing ring or combination pad is damaged; 3. Cracks in the fuel tank or pipeline;

Elimination method: 1, tighten the loose joint; 2. Replace the sealing ring or combination pad; 3. Repair welding or replacement after disassembly and washing;

2. The working pressure of the hydraulic system is too low or no pressure

Reasons: 1, relief valve pressure regulation is too low or spool stuck; 2. The oil level of the hydraulic tank is too low or the oil suction filter element is blocked; 3. The solenoid valve has no power or the coil is damaged; 4, hydraulic oil pump damage or internal leakage is too large;

Elimination method: 1, adjust the overflow pressure or clean the spool, eliminate the stuck; 2. Add hydraulic oil or clean and replace filter element; 3. Overhaul the electric control circuit or replace the solenoid valve coil; 4. Repair or replace seals and hydraulic oil pumps;

3, the hydraulic system heating is serious

Reasons: 1, the hydraulic tank oil level is too low or hydraulic oil deterioration; 2. Improper overflow pressure, large overflow flow, blockage of hydraulic pipeline, improper throttle opening;

Elimination method: 1, add hydraulic oil or replace hydraulic oil; 2, adjust the overflow pressure and throttle valve opening, remove pipeline blockage;

4, the hydraulic system vibration noise, hydraulic cylinder crawling phenomenon;

Reasons: 1. There is air in the hydraulic pipeline; 2. Low hydraulic oil quantity; 3. Positioning and loosening of pipeline or hydraulic components;

Elimination method: 1, hydraulic actuator repeatedly action; 2. Fill hydraulic oil; 3. Tighten each component and hydraulic pipeline;
