Functions
The high-pressure vehicle of this product is equipped with two sets of high-pressure and low-pressure cleaning systems, with two operation modes of high-pressure cleaning and low-pressure flushing; The low-pressure vehicle is equipped with a set of low-pressure cleaning system, which has an operation mode of low-pressure flushing. In addition, the product can also be equipped with spray, greening irrigation, reel washing and other operation devices.
The high-pressure water spray rack in the high-pressure cleaning system can be used to clean old stains and viscous dirt on squares and roads, and the handheld high-pressure spray gun can be widely used to clean general equipment including product body.
The front flushing two duckbills, rear flushing and rear sprinkler devices in the low-pressure flushing system can be used for flushing and watering operations in roads, squares and other places respectively; Stainless steel water cannon is suitable for remote flushing and watering.
The spray device is used for spraying and Dustfall and preventing summer cooling in city roads and squares.

Chassis
Chassis: EQ1180GEVJ5 pure electric class II chassis produced by Dongfeng Commercial Automobile Co., Ltd. is adopted, with strong power, strong bearing capacity, advanced technology and reliable quality.
Motor: TZ370XS-LKM1101 or TZ370XS-LKM1103 permanent magnet synchronous motor produced by Suzhou lvkong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. is adopted, with rated power of 80kW and peak power of 160kW.
Upper motor and its transmission device
The top mounted motor adopts TZ230XS-40ZL-03NF motor of Ningde times brand. The rated power is 40kW, the rated speed is 1500r / min, and the waterproof grade reaches IP67. The high-pressure cleaning vehicle includes 2 upper mounted motors; The low-voltage cleaning vehicle includes 1 upper motor.
The upper motor directly drives the high-pressure water pump or low-pressure water pump through the universal joint drive shaft. Compact transmission link, high efficiency and low noise.
3.Water spray rack
The spray rack is divided into three sections, namely, the main spray bar and the left and right spray bars. The left and right spray bars can be retracted. It is mainly used for high-pressure cleaning of the ground. It can rise and fall 150 mm vertically and deflect 30 ° left and right. The cleaning width is 2.5 ~ 3.5 M.
4. Forward duck bill
The front flushing duckbill is mainly used to flush the ground and curb. It is equipped with universal double flange mechanism to realize water spraying at any angle.
Battery, motor, system control
Battery: lithium iron phosphate power battery system of Ningde times brand is adopted. The battery system has passed the strict tests of vibration, impact, extrusion, damp heat cycle, seawater immersion, external fire and over temperature protection, and meets the requirements of GB/T31467.3-2015 inspection requirements. Motor: TZ370XS-LKM1101 or TZ370XS-LKM1103 permanent magnet synchronous motor produced by Suzhou lvkong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. is adopted, and the protection grade reaches IP67. The motor has high output efficiency of 95%, rated power of 80kW, maximum torque of 1100nm, high reliability and long service life. The relevant performance is shown in the test report in Appendix II.
Electric control: KTZ54X59S-GVD55050 produced by Suzhou lvkong Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. or ktz54x59s-gvd55050 controller produced by Shenzhen yingweiteng electric vehicle drive technology Co., Ltd. is adopted, and the protection grade reaches IP67. The controller has the functions of overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and overheating protection. The relevant performance is shown in the test report in Appendix III.
6.Post hedging
Post hedge is mainly used for ground flushing, which can not only spray water on the road, but also flush the garbage in the middle of the road to the roadside through hedge nozzles, and clean the garbage with cleaning vehicles. The angle of the rear opposed conical nozzle can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the maximum flushing width is more than 24m.
7.Rear watering
The rear sprinkler is a cylindrical sprinkler, which is mainly used for watering on the ground. The width of watering exceeds 14m.
8.Stainless steel water cannon
Stainless steel water cannon is mainly used for remote flushing, with a range of more than 38m. The water column can also be adjusted to be in the shape of a shower, which is used for watering the roadside green belt.
9.Water Cistern
