High level direct pressure compressor is mainly composed of tipping bucket mechanism, compression mechanism, frame, hopper cover, hydraulic system and electrical system, etc., which can realize automatic joint (separation) between the compression mechanism and the dustbin, automatic lock box release box, automatic compression of garbage and other actions; The system adopts PLC program to control the hydraulic system.

The compression mechanism moves forward so that the scraper is in place. After that, the scraper will fully scrape the garbage into the garbage container and realize the initial coiling compression through the rotating coiling action. Then, the compression mechanism moves backward, and the garbage is compressed horizontally into the back of the garbage can to achieve the horizontal compression. After the garbage in the garbage box is fully compacted and filled with garbage, the system sends out a full container alarm. At this time, the compression mechanism returns to the position, the bucket tipping mechanism is lowered, and the oil cylinder is lifted to lift the compression mechanism after the box is loosened. After the compression mechanism is lifted in place, the platform will move the dustbin filled with garbage to one side. At this time, the carriage removable garbage truck can directly hook the dustbin onto the vehicle, and then transfer to the medium and large garbage compression station or directly transfer to incineration or landfill plant for treatment. After unloading garbage, the carriage detachable garbage truck will return and put the empty garbage bin to the empty place of the platform, and then the platform will move the empty garbage bin to the compressor for docking, and then wait for the garbage to be unloaded in the hopper so as to enter the next compression cycle.
