LYSZ18A garbage compression Transfer stations is a garbage compression and treatment equipment with advanced technology and process independently developed by our company according to the domestic market demand of sanitation equipment and garbage collection and transfer mode.
LYSZ18A garbage compression Transfer stations uses horizontal compression technology. The compressor and garbage bin are integrated, and the collected loose household garbage is compressed directly into the enclosed garbage bin to reduce the volume, discharge the sewage and gas contained in the garbage, and then transfer to the carriage detachable garbage truck. The equipment has the characteristics of less odor, no secondary pollution, small occupation area, flexible and so on. It is especially suitable for new transfer station and old station reconstruction in urban areas where land acquisition is difficult and the site is small.

LYSZ18A garbage compression Transfer stations is mainly used for garbage collection on rickshaws and small motor vehicles of less than 1.5 tons and less than 1.8 meters in width, as shown in Figure 2-1 and Figure 2-2.

Scope of application
It is mainly used for the collection and transfer of household garbage from urban streets, commercial districts, residential factories, schools and hospitals.


Main structure and performance characteristics

LYSZ18A integrated garbage compressor is mainly composed of compression bin assembly, garbage box assembly, 'head assembly, unloading door, feeding mechanism, locking mechanism, hydraulic system, electrical system, etc. (Figure 4-1) :

1、Compression bin assembly, garbage box assembly is to perform the compression operation of the components, compression bin is the garbage compression channel, garbage is compressed storage container.

The pressure head assembly is a pressure mechanism for pressing garbage from the compression bin into the garbage bin, which can effectively crush and compress the garbage (Figure 4-2).

The front door assembly is the maintenance door for the pressure head assembly and the compression cylinder, and also the cleaning door for cleaning the garbage in the back cavity of the pressure head regularly.

Discharge door is a device for discharging rubbish.

LYSZ18A monolithic garbage compressors use a tipping bucket collection and transportation mode. The tipping mechanism is the feeding device of the compressor and is installed at the front of the compressor block (Figure 4-3).

The electrical system (Figure 4-4) is the control center of the compressor. All actions are controlled by PLC program, which can realize the following main functions: (1) hydraulic system protection: when the hydraulic system oil temperature is high, the system will automatically start the cooling system. When the oil temperature is too low, the system automatically starts the hydraulic oil heating system, until the oil temperature rises to the appropriate temperature (optional); (2) automatic compression cycle can be realized, when pressing the compression cycle button, the pressure head can automatically move back and forth in the compression chamber; (3) Can realize automatic fault diagnosis, when the compressor can not work normally, can automatically judge the fault cause, and display on the screen; (4) Pressure alarm: When the garbage in the garbage box is pressed to the set requirements, by analyzing the pressure value of the hydraulic system, from the perspective of safety, protection equipment and efficiency, the system will automatically alarm at this time.

Hydraulic system (Figure 4-5) : the whole hydraulic pump station is installed on the drawer type pump bracket, compact structure, energy saving and environmental protection. The main components of the system adopt well-known brands at home and abroad to ensure high reliability and low noise.

Main Advantages
1、Functional characteristic analysis
The anti-rebound device is set in the compression chamber, which has the functions of crushing and preventing garbage rebound (Figure 6-1).

With automatic fault alarm and automatic diagnosis function.
The rear door of the equipment box adopts hydraulic locking. Standard configuration: the opening and locking of the rear door of the equipment box can be directly controlled in the cab of the detachable garbage truck by taking force from the hydraulic system of the puller. Optional: It is powered by the electric control system of the trolley and driven by a small power unit. It can directly control the opening and locking of the box back door in the cab of the removable garbage truck (Figure 6-3).

2、 Introduction to stability and reliability
2.1、The sides and bottom plates of LYSZ18A compression chamber are welded with high strength steel with thickness ≥8mm.
2.2、The sides and bottom plates of LYSZ18A head assembly are welded of high strength steel with thickness ≥8mm.
2.3、Dustbin as a whole is a large arc structure, plate thickness ≥4mm, material: Q355B.
2.4、All exposed ferrous metal surfaces are treated with rust prevention, and steel in direct contact with garbage are treated with acid pickling, phosphating and passivation.
2.5、The equipment adopts PLC control, can automatically adjust the thrust of the oil cylinder according to the load of garbage compression, so that garbage evenly and compactly distributed in the box.
2.6、Key components of the equipment: hydraulic valve block, oil pump, motor and electronic control components adopt well-known brands at home and abroad. Key electrical components meet CE safety standards and adopt waterproof plug-in design (Figure 6-4).

2.7、All rotary hinge shafts are made of special self-lubricating bearings or joint bearings, and the piston rod surface of the cylinder is plated with chrome, which has strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance to ensure its service life in harsh environments.

4、 Product features and advantages

Garbage collection and compression (Figure 7-2)

1.3、 Garbage transit
Start the carriage removable garbage truck to take the compressor full of garbage out of the garbage station and to the landfill or other garbage disposal site.
1.4、After the boom truck arrives at the landfill or other garbage disposal site, the lock device of the unloading door on the compressor is loosened through the hydraulic system of the boom truck, and then the lifting mechanism of the boom is operated to lift the compressor until the garbage in the box is completely discharged.

Equipment installation and water and electricity requirements
Customers can determine the configuration of garbage station equipment and vehicles based on local geographic location and garbage disposal capacity. The following figure (Figure 8-1, 8-2) shows the standard single-bit solution of LYSZ18A integrated garbage compressor for your reference only.
Single-position power requirements: The customer shall provide three-phase, five-wire, 380V/10kW external power supply, equipped with the corresponding circuit breaker with leakage protection (In < 30mA). The distance between the power supply and the compressor shall not be more than 10 meters.
Water source requirements: conventional water, the minimum intake pipe is 1 inch.
Building requirements: LYSZ18A must have a minimum clearance height of 6m in the building, a minimum clearance height of 5.5m in the gate, and a minimum gate width of 4m.
The drawings and technical instructions only show the installation requirements of the equipment. The designer can design the facilities such as staff lounges, toilets, sewage Wells and sedimentation Wells according to the surrounding conditions. To facilitate dredging, it is recommended that the septic tank be placed outdoors.
