Main structure and performance characteristics
This puller is mainly composed of chassis, puller device, rear support device, hydraulic system, electrical system, etc., as follows:

1. Chassis
The chassis. Tianlong DFH1250D4 type 2 car chassis modified by Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co., LTD. The chassis has strong power and large carrying capacity, and is one of the most advanced and reliable national ⅵ emission commercial vehicle chassis in China.
The engine. Dongfeng Cummins D6.7NS6B290 diesel engine, rated power 213kW, emissions meet the national ⅵ standard.
2. Arm device
The pull arm device is installed on the chassis, and its main functions are pulling boxes, unloading boxes and unloading materials, etc.
The box lock in the arm pulling device is mainly used to lock the box, restrict the movement of the box, ensure safe transportation, and play the role of protecting the arm pulling device in the unloading process.
3. Rear support
The rear support device is mounted at the end of the chassis girder.

4. The hydraulic system
Hydraulic system is the power and control system to realize the functions of the boom car.
The hydraulic system of the boom car is an open system. The oil pump relies on the force retractor to take force and provide pressure oil to the cylinder of each loop. The flow direction of pressure oil is controlled through the multi-way valve, so as to control the work of each loop. The hydraulic system is composed of the main cylinder loop, the slide arm loop, the locking loop, the rear support loop and the compartment loop. The maximum working pressure of the system is 30MPa.
Because the box of the boom car needs to work away from the vehicle, the loop of the car is connected to the hydraulic system of the car through the quick change joint.
5. Electrical system
The electrical system of the boom car is powered from the chassis power supply. 6. Job operation mode
