The TypZBF5070GXEEQE6 manual suction truck is a special municipal vehicle developed by our company. It is mainly applicable to the suction and cleaning of septic tanks, sedimentation wells and ditches. It is also applicable to the suction, transportation and discharge of wastewater and deposits in oil refining, steel, chemical industry, housing management, sanitation and other industries.

Function introduction:

sewage suction: the water ring vacuum sewage suction pump is driven by the chassis side through the belt pulley to generate vacuum in the sewage tank. Insert the sewage suction pipe below the liquid level, and the sewage is sucked into the sewage tank under the action of atmospheric pressure, transported to the designated place and discharged.
sewage cleaning: the vacuum pump generates a high vacuum in the sewage tank. Insert the sewage suction pipe into the sludge with less water and certain hardness, or align the mouth of the sewage suction pipe with mud, sand, garbage, etc. the high vacuum in the sewage tank generates a high-speed air flow in the sewage suction pipe. These pollutants are brought into the sewage tank under the action of the high-speed air flow to complete the sewage cleaning operation.

▼ Main structure &performance features
Water ring vacuum pump is adopted, with low cost and large suction, which can ensure long-time operation without performance degradation, and the maximum air extraction is 6m ³/ Min, the limit vacuum degree reaches 93%.
The sewage tank is made of 6mm steel plate, with oval section, high liquid level observation window and large-diameter discharge pipe, with a total volume of 5M3 and an announced volume of 4.33 m3.
The rotating boom at the top of the tank can rotate 360 °, which is suitable for multi-directional operation around the vehicle.
The sewage suction pipe adopts a PVC hose with a length of 8m and a diameter of 100mm, which is connected to the sewage suction pipe on the rotating boom, and the front end is equipped with a special sewage suction head to facilitate sewage cleaning and suction operation.
It has efficient and fast dirt absorption function. The dirt absorption depth is greater than 4.5m, and the Grand Slam absorption time is less than 4 minutes (depth 1.5m).
It has high vacuum and strong sewage cleaning function, and can effectively suck solid particles smaller than the sewage suction pipe diameter.

▼ Scope of product use

manual suction truck is suitable for efficient suction and discharge transportation of liquid pollutants such as manure and slag liquid in septic tank, and is not suitable for suction of highly corrosive liquid.
