ZBH5160GXEEQY6 16 ton manure suction truck is refitted from the class II chassis of EQ1165LJ9CDE truck of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., equipped with sewage tank, boom rotating mechanism, sewage suction pipe, vacuum pump and its transmission system, water tank, electrical and gas system and other special devices. It is mainly used for the suction, transportation and discharge of sediment such as sewer and septic tank.

Main structure &performance features

1.Chassis
Chassis. The chassis of Dorica eq1165lj9cde class II vehicle produced by Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. is refitted, with strong power and strong bearing capacity.
Engine. Guangxi Yuchai ycs04200-68 diesel engine with rated power of 147kw and rated speed of 2300r / min is adopted, and the emission meets the national six standards.
2.Vacuum suction system
The vacuum sewage suction system consists of vacuum pump transmission device, vacuum pump and pipeline, rotating boom and sewage suction pipe assembly, sewage tank, etc.
3.Vacuum pump and transmission device
The vacuum pump and transmission device are mainly composed of side power takeoff, transmission shaft, vacuum pump, etc.
The power from the chassis engine is taken out from the side power take-off of the transmission and transmitted to the vacuum pump through the transmission shaft. The combination and separation of the power takeoff are electrically controlled and pneumatically operated, and the control switch is arranged in the cab
4.Vacuum pump and pipeline
The vacuum pump and pipe are composed of vacuum pump, primary oil-gas separator, secondary oil-gas separator, gas-water separator, four-way valve, blowdown ball valve, etc.
The rotating boom can rotate 360 ° manually and is fixed on the sewage tank with a bolt when the operation is stopped; The total length of the sewage suction hose is 7m, and the sewage suction pipe diameter is 100mm.
A pneumatic exhaust system is installed at the support of the rotating boom, which can easily remove the dirt in the sewage suction pipe.
The vacuum gauge is a shock-resistant vacuum gauge. When using this gauge for the first time, please use a small needle to insert a small hole in the hole of the sealing plug at the gauge port. The oil in the vacuum gauge is special instrument oil and cannot be replaced casually. It is displayed as negative pressure and positive pressure respectively during vacuum pumping and pressurized discharge.
The four-way valve is used to convert the two operation modes of vacuum pumping and pressurized discharge.
The air-water separator separates the water in the air to protect the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump is an oil seal rotary vane vacuum pump, which can pump vacuum or compressed air through four-way valve conversion, and is installed inside the chassis frame.
The lubricating oil in the primary and secondary oil-gas separators is used to lubricate the vacuum pump. When the vacuum pump rotates, the lubricating oil will be discharged with the air. When the air flows through the primary and secondary oil-gas separators, the oil will be separated and supplied to the vacuum pump again for recycling.
The safety valve is used to prevent excessive negative pressure during suction. The maximum vacuum degree of the vacuum system can be adjusted by adjusting the safety valve.
5.Suction pipe assembly
The sewage suction pipe is a pipe with an inner diameter of ф 100mm steel wire cloth rubber hose, one end is connected with the rotating boom, and the other end is inserted into the dung well. Before operation, the extension pipe shall be increased to the required length according to the sewage suction height, and the extension pipe shall be connected with the sewage suction pipe with a quick connector.
6.Sewage irrigation
The sewage tank is elliptical cylindrical, made of steel plate, and the tank volume is 10.3M ³。 A water level gauge is installed on the rear sealing plate of the tank body, and a dung discharge device is installed at the bottom. Through the water level gauge, the height of dirt in the tank can be observed to confirm whether it is fully filled; The dirt in the irrigation can be discharged through the manual ball valve of the bottom fecal discharge device.
The slewing bearing point of the rotating boom and the inlet of the sewage suction pipe are at the front upper part of the tank body. Insert the end of the sewage suction hose into the sewage first. The vacuum pump generates a vacuum in the sewage tank. Garbage, sewage, sludge water, etc. are sucked into the sewage tank from the sewage suction hose under the action of atmospheric pressure and air flow.
In order to ensure the good sealing of the sewage tank, all sealing plates on the sewage tank must be sealed. After unloading the tank, clean the tank in time.
7.Rotating boom
The rotating boom is used to support the sewage suction hose and drive the sewage suction hose to lift, rotate and expand with a variable amplitude, with a rotation angle of 360 °.
8.Fecal excretion device
The fecal drainage device is composed of fecal drainage elbow and manual ball valve. The outlet of the manual ball valve can be extended to discharge the sewage to the designated place.
9.Cleaning system (optional)
When the vehicle needs to be cleaned, connect the spray gun, start the waterway cleaning switch, and the diaphragm pump starts to work, then the vehicle and the ground can be cleaned. The cleaning system can also easily stir and dilute feces.
10.Operation method
Arrangement and function of operating device
The operating device of ZBH5160GXEEQY6 septic truck is divided into three parts. The first part is in the cab. The second part is at the four-way valve in the middle of the car body. The third part is the operation box at the rear of the right side of the vehicle body.
The operating device in the cab is the power takeoff control button of the special working device.

Middle operation device of vehicle body
The central operating device of ZBH5160GXEEQY6 septic truck is located at the four-way valve and the ball valve at the filler of the secondary oil-gas separator under the sewage tank in the middle of the left side of the car. See Fig. 3-2 for the working position of four-way valve handle.
When the operating handle of the four-way valve is pulled back, the four-way valve is placed in the suction position, and the ball valve on the oil filler of the secondary oil-gas separator is opened (fuel injection can be controlled). The air inlet chamber of the vacuum pump is connected with the sewage tank, which is in the suction vacuum state, and the system carries out sewage suction operation;
When the operating handle of the four-way valve is pulled forward, the four-way valve is placed in the discharge position, and the ball valve on the oil filler of the secondary oil-gas separator is closed (which can ensure the inlet pressure). The inlet chamber of the vacuum pump is connected with the atmosphere, the vacuum pump outputs compressed air, and the system carries out sewage discharge operation;
The four-way valve operating handle must be operated when the vacuum pump is stopped.
