High pressure water pump suction port is provided with a water filter, filter screen filtering accuracy of 200 mesh, the lower part of the water filter is provided with a sewage valve, each shift when adding water, should open the water filter sewage valve out of the filter screen part of the dirt. Every 2 to 3 working days, the water filter shell should be removed to flush the filter screen. If the water quality is poor, the filter element has been obviously discolored after cleaning or the water flow capacity is reduced, the same type of filter element should be replaced in time, such as the filter screen or the shell "O" sealing ring is damaged, it must be replaced immediately. The fixed surface of the filter screen and the "O" sealing surface of the shell must be tightened and kept sealed. The water filter is not sealed and the water flow capacity of the filter screen is blocked will cause the suction vibration of the pump and damage the pump.

The pump crankshaft lubrication room should be equipped with lubricating oil (diesel oil CF-4 SAE 15W-40) as required, and the pump lubrication method is splash lubrication (universal in winter and summer). The first oil change time is 50h after the work, after the normal working condition, every 500h or a year to change the oil, otherwise it will affect the life of the pump, pay attention to the state of the oil whether there is discolor and thickening or other affect the lubrication effect of the state, timely oil change. When operating in a humid or large temperature difference environment, it should be noted that once condensate (foam oil) appears in the gearbox, the oil must be changed immediately.

When changing the oil, drain all the old oil from the lower oil drain plug of the pump, rinse it with light diesel oil, and then refuel from the oil plug (vent plug) above the pump to the upper 2/3 of the transparent oil level plug (do not allow to remove the oil level plug).
