Chassis
Chassis. Byd10411n7bevd5 pure electric class II chassis of BYD Automobile Co., Ltd. is adopted for modification, with strong power and strong bearing capacity. This chassis is a domestic pure electric chassis with advanced performance and reliable quality.
Drive motor. Tz180xse permanent magnet synchronous motor of BYD Automobile Co., Ltd. is adopted, with rated power of 50KW and peak power of 80kW.
Drive motor controller. The drive motor controller of ktz38x50s4a0 of BYD Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. is adopted.
Dustbin
The loading method of the dustbin is rear high-level loading, and the unloading method is backward tipping unloading.
The closed design of the dustbin has a scraper mechanism, which can compress loose garbage, with high net load rate and transfer efficiency and low operation cost.
Feeding device
The rear of the vehicle is equipped with a double barrel loading mechanism, which can match 240L / 660l standard barrels.
Operation mode
The vehicle adopts the control mode of "controller + can bus". Using high-quality electrical components at home and abroad, different control procedures are compiled according to different requirements to realize vehicle intelligent control, safety control and humanized control operation. The controller has short-circuit self-protection, so the system has the characteristics of high reliability, convenient operation and maintenance.
Vehicle operation:
1) Operation box in cab. It is located on the right front of the dashboard in the driver's seat and on the panel of the central console in the driver's cab, as shown in Figure 1. It is mainly used for work lights, unloading, emergency stop, condition selection and other operations;
2) Emergency stop button. Button for emergency stop located at the rear of the left side of the vehicle. See Figure 2;
3) Remote control. It is used to control the loading, unloading and pressure filling cycle of the dustbin, as shown in Figure 3;
4) Vehicle rear operation panel. It is located at the right rear side of the vehicle, as shown in Figure 4. It is mainly used for loading, unloading and pressure filling cycle of the dustbin.
