Functions

Electric road maintenance truck is mainly applicable to multifunctional road surface cleaning and maintenance vehicles for cleaning urban sidewalks, non motor vehicle lanes, greasy pavement of stalls and urban psoriasis. The high-pressure cleaning operation devices include front water spray rack, fixed-point cleaning, roadside cleaning, hand-held spray gun and auxiliary cleaning cart.
The front water spray rack is controlled by an electric push rod, which can realize 20 degree left and right rotation and amplitude variation in the height range of up and down 100mm, and the maximum cleaning width is 1.5m. During operation, the maximum system water pressure can reach 7MPa.
The fixed-point cleaning device can realize the deflection in the up, down, left and right directions. During operation, the maximum system water pressure can reach 14MPa.
It pioneered the industry's left and right independent corner spray automatic cleaning device to realize the high-pressure cleaning operation of curb, guardrail base, road yellow and white mark lines when the vehicle is driving.
High pressure resistant hand-held spray gun is equipped to clean dirty greasy ground. The maximum system water pressure can reach 14MPa during operation.
The auxiliary cleaning cart is connected with the water pipe reel for operation, and the operation radius can reach 15m. The operation width can reach 1.5m, and it can smoothly enter the back street lane for cleaning operation.
Equipped with a water tank with a volume of 2m3, it can work continuously for more than 80 minutes with a single water addition.

1.Type II chassis

2.Upper motor and its transmission device
The top mounted motor adopts TZ210-10-01 motor of Ningde times brand. The rated power is 10kW, the rated speed is 1500r / min, and the waterproof grade reaches IP67.
The upper motor directly drives the high-pressure water pump through the universal joint drive shaft. High maintainability, high reliability, long service life and high efficiency.
3.Front spray rack

7.Auxiliary cleaning cart

8.Power battery, drive motor and controller
Power battery: lithium iron phosphate power battery system of Ningde times brand is adopted. The battery system has passed the strict tests of vibration, impact, extrusion, damp heat cycle, seawater immersion, external fire and over temperature protection, and meets the requirements of GB/T31467.3-2015 inspection requirements. The battery protection grade reaches IP68.
Driving motor: TZ249XSC7BY001 permanent magnet synchronous motor produced by Suzhou zhonglianneng innovative energy technology Co., Ltd. is adopted, and the protection grade reaches IP67. The motor has high output efficiency of 95%, peak power of 75kW, maximum torque of 500nm, high reliability and long service life.
Motor controller: KTZ36X30S01 produced by Suzhou zhonglianneng innovative energy technology Co., Ltd. is adopted, and the protection grade reaches IP67. The controller has the functions of overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and overheating protection.
9.Water tank
It is equipped with a water tank with a volume of 2m3. The interior of the box is protected against corrosion with antirust primer and Aksu paint, which is reliable and durable. A single water addition can work continuously for more than 80 minutes.

3. Safe and reliable
