Functions

It has front duckbilled washing equipment,middle hedging washing equipment, and rear sprinkling equipment, and the road surface can be washed and sprinkled with dust removal. Equipped with long-range water cannon, it can be used for long-distance irrigation and green watering. Pressure water interface is provided to realize fire fighting function and reserved self-priming interface. The external self-suction line can be selected to realize the self-suction function. It has reserved stirring molten salt device. The optional Aksu water tank can realize the function of molten salt mixing

1、 Chassis

Chassis.LZ1316H5FCT type II automobile chassis produced by Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd. is adopted for refitting,,it has strong power and carrying capacity.The chassis is the most advanced and reliable in China, which meets the national VI emission standards
Engine.It uses Yuchai YCK08350-60 Diesel engine with rated power 257kw and rated speed 2200r/min, which meets the national VI emission standards.

Pitcher.The total volume of water cistern reaches 22.2m³,effective volume is 18.2m³, the cistern enjoys large volume and long working hours. It adopts finite element analysis method to optimize the design. And it has passed strict reliability test. The cistern has used advanced one-time molding technology, robot automatic welding, and infiltrating non-destructive testing. It is watertight and long life span.The interior cistern has adopted professional epoxy coal tar pitch coating to ensure the anticorrosion effect.

3、 Low pressure waterway system
Low pressure water pump.it adopts famous self-suction double-impeller pump, rated speed is 1480rpm, rated working pressure is 1.1MPa, and rated flow is 50 m³/h.It has high efficiency and reliability.
Front duckbilled washing equipment.front duckbilled washing equipment is controlled by pneumatic on-off valve, applying to wash the road surface and curb. The spraying direction of duckbilled sprayer can be freely adjust through special structures. The spraying width is no less than 8m.

Middle hedging washing equipment: middle hedging washing equipment has conical jet both on the left and right side to support bidirectional washing,and these are all controlled by pneumatic on-off valve. The spraying angle is able to be freely adjusted through adjusting the spiral rotating sleeves. It is capable of washing 6 lanes at a time.
Rear sprinkling equipment : rear sprinkling equipment use pneumatic on-off valve to control on and off of rear sprinkler nozzle. The sprinkling width is no less than 14m when opening 2 rear sprinkler nozzles at the same time.
Water cannon: water cannon is made of aluminum long-range water gun, being installed at the right side of operation table. The water gun can rotate 0～ 360 degrees, and the gun body support updown pitching operations.Turning and twisting the adjustment sleeving at front of gun body can adjust the water spraying shape (columnar or coniform) and turn off the water cannon.the water cannon is controlled by manual valve to switch on or switch off the water gun. The spraying distance is no fewer than 38m.

Pressure water outlet. The pressure water outlet can be externally connected with the fire-fighting interface, which can assist the fire-fighting operation

Automatic suction port. The automatic water absorption port adopts special quick connector and check valve. It can realize the automatic water absorption function by optional external automatic water absorption pipeline. The automatic water absorption height is 6.5m and the horizontal automatic water absorption distance is > 10m.

Molten salt mixing device. It is equipped with molten salt mixing pipeline and Aksu water tank to realize the function of molten salt self mixing.

This sprinkler adopts combined control mode of electrical control and manual operation. Front duckbilled washing equipment, middle hedging washing equipment, and rear sprinkling equipment control the switches via electricity and gas, operating easily and conveniently and realizing by the operating box in driving cab. The water cannon control the switches and adjust the water spraying shape (columnar or coniform) via manual valve.
