The car adopts the Dongfeng KR Class II chassis, and is modified with special devices such as sewage tank, boom rotating mechanism, sewage suction pipe, vacuum pump and its transmission system, water tank, sub-frame, electrical and hydraulic systems.

2. Function overview
It has three functions: dirt suction, dirt cleaning and pressure discharge (optional).

3. Scope of application
It is mainly suitable for the suction and cleaning operations of rainwater wells, sedimentation wells and ditches. It is also suitable for the pumping, shipping and discharging operations of wastewater and sediment in oil refining, steel, chemical, housing management, environmental sanitation and other industries.

1.Chassis

2. Vacuum suction system
18 ton sewage suction truck system consists of a vacuum pump, a transmission device and pipelines, a sewage suction pipe, a sewage tank, and a rotating boom.

3. Cleaning system
The cleaning system consists of water tanks, water pumps, and water pipelines to clean the entire vehicle and the work site.

4. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is mainly composed of hydraulic oil tanks, gear pumps, various valves, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors and hydraulic pipelines.

5. Operation mode
The operation device of the sewage suction truck is divided into three parts. The first part is in the cab and is operated when starting work. The second part is at the control box at the rear of the car body. The sewage suction truck is in a parked state, and it is operated during vacuum suction operation. The third part is the wireless remote control device.

The sewage tank has an advanced structure. The sewage tank is made of 6mm boiler steel plate, cylindrical, the back cover is automatically opened and closed, and the material is dumped. With high liquid level alarm protection device, the total volume is 9.45m3.

2. Good quality

3. Safe and reliable

Equipped with an alarm system. There will be a buzzing sound during the dumping and returning of the sewage tank to remind safety. During the dirt suction operation, when the liquid level of the sewage tank reaches the set height, an audible and visual alarm (with buzzer sound), the gate valve is automatically closed, and the engine speed is automatically reduced to idle speed to protect the safety of the dirt suction system.

Equipped with sewage tank safety brace. There is a safety brace at the bottom of the sewage tank. When the sewage tank is in the jacked state for maintenance operations, the safety brace must be supported first to ensure safety.

4. Diverse functions
It has three functions: dirt suction, dirt cleaning and pressure discharge (optional).
Sewage suction: the vacuum pump driven by the chassis engine makes the sewage tank vacuum, insert the sewage suction pipe into the sludge, and the dirt is sucked into the sewage tank under the action of atmospheric pressure. The sewage is filtered and discharged back to the sewer. The sewage is stored in the sewage tank and is discharged after being transported to the designated place.
Sewage cleaning: The vacuum pump generates vacuum and high-speed airflow in the sewage suction pipe. Insert the sewage suction pipe into the sludge with low water and certain hardness, or aim the suction pipe mouth at the mud, sand, garbage, etc., which are in the high-speed airflow. Under the action, it was taken to the sewage tank. Complete the sewage cleaning work.
Pressure discharge (optional): The vacuum pump driven by the chassis engine generates positive pressure in the sewage tank, which can discharge the sewage to a longer distance or higher position through the pressure discharge well.

5. Easy to operate
Operating device: high degree of intelligence, the rotation, luffing, and expansion of the rotating arm of the sewage suction pipe, the opening and closing of the back cover of the sewage tank, and the tipping reset are equipped with wireless remote control in addition to electric control.
Sewage suction pipe: PVC steel wire reinforced hose or steel wire braided hose with rotating arm frame, which can rotate 230° horizontally, -27°～+53° vertical luffing, 1.3m long and short telescopic. Three 1.8m extension pipes are used to extend the suction pipe.

Working function
Hand-held spray gun. Hand-held spray gun, equipped with quick connector, can be easily connected to or disconnected from the cleaning water pump. The hand-held spray gun is used to clean the whole vehicle and the work site. The cleaning efficiency is high, the effect is good, and the operation is more convenient and safe.
