ZBH5073GSSEQE6B 7 tons tanker water tanker is a new-type sprinkler developed by our company.It uses Dongfeng type Ⅱ chassis , adapted by special operating equipment and control system. Special Operating equipment including front duckbilled washing equipment, middle hedging washing equipment, rear sprinkling equipment and water cannon.

Functions

It can wash the pavement, spray water to reduce dust, and also realize greening irrigation. It is equipped with a long-range water gun, which can be used for long-distance washing, has a self-priming function, and can be used for independent water addition of non pressure water sources such as canals and reservoirs.

Main structure &performance features

1、Chassis
Chassis. EQ1075SJ3CDF type II automobile chassis produced by Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. is adopted for refitting, with strong power and strong bearing capacity.
Engine. Chaochai CY4BK461 or quanchai Q23-115E60 diesel engine with rated power of 95kw or 85KW is adopted, and the emission meets the national six standards.
2、The total volume of the water tank is 4.8m ³， Effective volume 4.02m ³。 The water tank has large volume and long working time. The water tank adopts the finite element analysis method to optimize the design, and has passed the strict reliability test. The water tank adopts advanced one-time can wrapping forming technology, robot automatic welding, penetration nondestructive testing, no water leakage and long service life. The water tank adopts professional anti-corrosion coating to ensure the anti-corrosion effect.
3、Low pressure water pump
Low pressure water pump: it adopts famous self-suction double-impeller pump, rated speed is 1450rpm, rated working pressure is 0.45MPa, and rated flow is 40 m³/h.It has high efficiency and reliability.
Front duckbilled washing equipment: front duckbilled washing equipment is controlled by pneumatic on-off valve, applying to wash the road surface and curb. The spraying direction of duckbilled sprayer can be freely adjust through special structures. The spraying width is no less than 8m.
Middle hedging washing equipment: middle hedging washing equipment has conical jet both on the left and right side to support bidirectional washing,and these are all controlled by pneumatic on-off valve. The spraying angle is able to be freely adjusted through adjusting the spiral rotating sleeves. It is capable of washing 4 lanes at a time.
Rear sprinkling equipment : rear sprinkling equipment use pneumatic on-off valve to control on and off of rear sprinkler nozzle. The sprinkling width is no less than 12m when opening 2 rear sprinkler nozzles at the same time.

Rear greening watering device. The greening watering device adopts manual ball valve to control the opening and closing of the rear watering nozzle respectively. When two rear watering nozzles are opened at the same time, the watering width shall not be less than 12m.
Water cannon: water cannon is made of aluminum long-range water gun, being installed at the right side of operation table. The water gun can rotate 0～ 360 degrees, and the gun body support updown pitching operations.Turning and twisting the adjustment sleeving at front of gun body can adjust the water spraying shape (columnar or coniform) and turn off the water cannon.the water cannon is controlled by manual valve to switch on or switch off the water gun. The spraying distance is no fewer than 28m.
4、Operation method
The vehicle adopts manual control mode. The front duckbill device, the middle hedge device, the rear sprinkler and the rear greening irrigation device are all controlled by manual ball valves. The water monitor is opened and closed by manual ball valve and the water jet shape (cylindrical or conical) is adjusted.
