Main components of compressor

LYSZ20CY integrated garbage compressor consists of body assembly, pressure filling mechanism, unloading door, bucket flipping mechanism, front cover assembly, electric control system and hydraulic system.

Body assembly is the connecting body of each functional component, which constitutes the overall structure of the equipment. The front end of the body assembly is a compression bin, which is a channel for garbage compression. The back end of the body assembly is a dustbin, which is the volume of loaded compressed garbage.

2、The pressure filling mechanism is located in the upper part of the body assembly compression bin. It is a pressure device that presses the garbage from the compression bin into the dustbin through the scraper and slide plate mechanism. It can effectively compress the garbage.

1.1 Garbage collection and compression
After the wet garbage collection of urban residents, the garbage is directly dumped into the feeding port of the compressor by self-loading garbage truck (5033ZZZ, 5040ZZZ, 5070ZZZ, 5065ZYS, 5082ZZZ), or the standard garbage bin of 120L, 240L and 660L is used for loading, and the bucket turning mechanism is operated for unloading. Then operate the pressure filling cycle button to compress the garbage poured into the compression bin, repeat the above process until the pressure alarm is full, the operation front cover assembly closes the feeding port, the bucket turning mechanism is operated to discharge state, the activity hook is turned up to transport state.
