It is mainly applicable to the dredging, cleaning and sewage suction of urban sewers, rainwater wells, sedimentation wells and ditches. It is also suitable for pipeline cleaning in oil refining, iron and steel, chemical industry, housing management, sanitation and other industries, as well as the suction, transportation and discharge of wastewater and sediment.

Functions:

• Ø Dredging: the chassis engine drives the high-pressure water pump to operate through the sandwich power take-off to produce high-speed water flow of 21MPa and 211l / min. the high-pressure water flow is sprayed from the front and rear directions of the special nozzle through the high-pressure rubber hose. In the sewer, the forward jet can wash away the blockage in front, and the backward jet can wash the pipe wall and wash away the sediment. At the same time, the reaction force also drives the nozzle and high-pressure hose to move forward continuously, so as to dredge the pipeline. The hydraulically driven water pipe reel can control the moving direction and speed of the nozzle. When the nozzle moves forward, it can flush away the blockage in front and flush the pipe wall. When it moves backward, it can better flush away the sediment and bring it to the open caisson at the pit mouth. The effect of repeated flushing is better.

• Ø sewage suction tanker truck suction: the power take-off at the chassis engine side drives the water ring vacuum pump to generate vacuum in the sealed sewage tank, insert the sewage suction pipe into the sludge, and the sewage is sucked into the sewage tank under the action of atmospheric pressure. The sewage is filtered and returned to the sewer. The sewage is stored in the sewage tank and transported to the designated place for discharge.

• Ø Sewage cleaning: the vacuum pump generates vacuum and high-speed air flow in the sewage suction pipe. Insert the sewage suction pipe into the sludge with less water and certain hardness, or align the mouth of the sewage suction pipe with mud, sand, garbage, etc. these pollutants are brought into the sewage tank under the action of high-speed air flow. Complete sewage cleaning operation.

▼ Main structure &performance features
Vacuum suction system:

• Ø Water ring vacuum pump is adopted, with low cost and large suction, which can ensure long-time operation without performance degradation, and the maximum air extraction is 9m ³/ Min, the limit vacuum degree reaches 93%.

• Ø The sewage tank is made of 5mm steel plate, cylindrical, with automatic opening and closing of the back cover, tipping and unloading, with high liquid level observation window, with a total volume of 7.3m3 and an announcement volume of 6.2m3.

• Ø The sewage suction pipe adopts a PVC hose with a length of 8m and a diameter of 100mm. The quick connector is connected to the sewage suction pipe on the tank. The front end is equipped with a special anti blocking sewage suction connector to facilitate sewage cleaning and suction operation.

• Ø Manual hydraulic valve is used to open and close the rear cover of sewage tank, overturn and reset the tank, which is easy to operate and has few faults.

• Ø It has efficient and fast dirt absorption function. The dirt absorption depth is greater than 4.5m, and the Grand Slam absorption time is less than 6 minutes (depth 1.5m).

High pressure dredging and cleaning system:

• Ø Plunger type high-pressure water pump is adopted, with rated pressure of 21MPa, flow of 211l / min, high pressure and large flow, and high dredging efficiency.

• Ø The clean water tank is placed on both sides of the sewage tank and connected with each other, with a total volume of 3 m3. The dredging operation of the full tank can take about 15 minutes at a time.

• 60m special high-pressure rubber hose with diameter of ∅ 19mm, light weight, friction resistance and strong surface scratch resistance. The hose is wound on the reel, and the motor drives the rotation, which can be forward and reverse. The hose extends and retracts.

• Ø Two nozzles are configured as standard. Each nozzle has one forward nozzle and 10 backward nozzles, which are suitable for dredging pipes with diameter of 150-600mm.

• Ø The forward and backward of nozzle and rubber hose are operated by manual hydraulic valve, and the throttle size adjustment is operated by manual pull lock, which is simple and reliable.
