It is mainly used for the collection, compression and volume reduction of household garbage and solid waste in urban settlements, factories, mines and institutions and colleges. 5182ZDJ series garbage truck is a new type of fully sealed dump garbage carrier developed by our company. It is used together with YJC400B vertical garbage compressor and combined into medium or large compressed garbage transfer station complete set of equipment. The vehicle is beautiful in appearance, comfortable to drive, easy to operate, flexible and reliable, and widely used for airtight transfer of municipal solid waste.
Product features and advantages
1. High compaction density of garbage: the equipment has a large compression force. After the garbage is compressed, the density can reach 0.9 tons /m³, and it is dehydrated and clean;
2. The equipment occupies a small area: there is no other equipment except compressor, pump station and spray dust water tank, which is more convenient in sewage discharge and deodorization, and the working environment is greatly improved;
3. Using advanced relay compression technology to reduce the height of the equipment: the use of parallel installation of three relay cylinders (patented technology), greatly reduce the height of the equipment, thus reducing the height of the building requirements, reduce the cost of civil construction.

Introduction to process flow
Garbage dumping and compression (Figure 1)The urban residents' household garbage is collected by the trolley and transported to the station and poured into the dustbin placed in the pit. After the loose garbage is filled to the dustbin, the vertical compressor is operated for compaction, and then the pressure head is raised to continue to dump and compress garbage. Generally, a piece of garbage can be compressed after three compression cycles.

2.The garbage block shifts and compresses the second garbage block
When a piece of garbage pressure, control system, first promote the trash bin assembly in the door, and then by the garbage bin assembly in the shovel will be pushed into the garbage bin storage bin, and then the door and push shovel reset. Repeat garbage dumping, compression cycle, good pressure of the second piece of garbage.
3.The dustbin is connected with the carriage and unloaded
Lift the dustbin to the height corresponding to the carriage of the transfer car, and reverse the transfer car into the station. After docking the carriage with the dustbin, push the two pieces of garbage in the garbage box into the empty carriage through the push shovel mechanism. The transfer truck moves forward and disengages from the bin. The bin assembly is returned to the pit for the next operation.
4. Garbage transit
Operate the closing mechanism of the rear door of the carriage, close the sealed back door of the garbage transfer vehicle, and then the garbage transfer vehicle will leave the garbage station and take the garbage to the landfill.
