How to judge the fault of the clean suction car

When the cleaning suction car is moving, when the load suddenly increases or the cleaning suction car is violently stirred, the shift lever or the transfer case operation lever actively jumps back to the neutral position from the gear. The main reason is that the gear or coupling teeth are worn too much and are ground into a cone along the length direction of the teeth, so that the axial force occurs during the meshing transmission process, and this axial force makes the gear and the coupling set move axially and jump gear.
When the spring of the self-locking equipment is too soft or broken, and the grooves on the steel ball and the fork shaft are worn, so that the locking force of the self-locking equipment is less than the above axial force, the gear or the combination of sets move axially and jump gear. The fork is zigzagged or worn too much, and the operation and transmission parts are too loose and loose due to wear, so that the meshing length of the gear or combined teeth after the gear is reduced, and the steel ball of the self-locking equipment is not completely stuck in the groove of the fork shaft.

In this case, even if the above axial force is very small, it may cause the gear or coupling tooth to exit engagement and jump gear. Sweep the process to see if the file's self-locking device is invalid. Remove the pressure plate or screw sleeve of the self-locking device, take out the spring and steel ball, check whether the groove on the steel ball and the fork shaft is severely worn, and whether the spring is too soft or broken. If the wear is severe and the spring is too soft, it should generally be replaced with new products.

If there is no new fork shaft to replace, it can be removed and corrected; If there is no new spring to replace, you can pad some appropriate thickness of the gasket to enhance the elasticity. If the self-locking device works well, move the shift lever or operating lever into this gear and check that the fork shaft groove is aligned with the ball guide hole. If it is aligned, indicating that the gear or combining teeth are not thoroughly engaged, the connecting pins and pin holes of the operation parts, such as the tie rod and the arm, as well as the ball head and the ball socket are loose. If it is loose, it should be replaced or corrected by surfacing welding.

If the fork shaft groove can be aligned with the steel ball guide hole, the gear shift lever is still in the condition of this gear, and the transmission is disassembled to check the meshing status of the gear or coupling teeth. If the mesh is not intact, check whether the fork is tortuous and deformed, and whether the wear is too much. If the deformation should be proofread, excessive wear should be welded repair. If the gear or coupling tooth can be engaged in good condition, but the gear shift fault still occurs, it indicates that the coupling tooth of the gear tooth and the coupling tooth ring is severely worn, and should be differentiated and repaired or replaced.
