Snow removal vehicle function design
Drawing on the advanced technology of foreign snow removal vehicles, the multi-functional snow removal vehicle is designed according to the national conditions. It is mainly used in airports and high-grade highways, and is used under the conditions of flat roads and no icing. The design principle is to achieve high efficiency, low cost and multi-function. When removing snow, the front snow removal shovel, the middle snow removal roller, the rear snow removal roller and the snow blowing mechanism work at the same time. The front snow shovel can be inclined at a certain angle to push up the thicker snow and slide it to the side of the snow removal vehicle along the inclination angle. The middle snow removal roller can stir up the missed and compacted snow from the front snow shovel, and make it into a spiral shape. The blades of the rollers transfer the snow to the side of the snow plow (the same side as the front shovel). Several rows of brushes made of steel wire or wear-resistant plastic are installed on the rear snow removal roller to sweep up the remaining small amount of snow, and then sucked into the snow suction port under the suction of the snow blowing mechanism, and the snow blowing cylinder of the fan removes the snow. Snow is thrown to the side of the snow plow or directly to the snow carrier. The snow shovel is made of steel plate to form an arc-shaped shovel surface, and the wear-resistant shovel blade can be replaced at any time. The inclination angle of the front shovel can be adjusted by the front shovel adjustment mechanism to adjust the size and inclination direction, so as to push the snow flat or push the snow to the left or right side of the car. At the same time, the front shovel is equipped with a buffer device to prevent damage from obstacles. The middle and rear snow removal rollers are driven by hydraulic motors to rotate, and work under the action of gravity and spring force (adjustable) of the rollers. The snow blowing mechanism is driven by the car engine (installed on the car chassis). A safety shear pin is set in the snow removal tube to achieve safety protection. The whole snow removal vehicle adopts mechanical→electrical→hydraulic combined control. Through the action of the hydraulic cylinder, the front shovel, the middle and rear snow removal rollers, the suction port of the snow blowing mechanism, etc. can be raised to a certain height when the snow is not removed. So that the snow plow can drive on other roads.
