When the sprinkler uses the river ditch and pond as the water source, pay attention to the end of the suction pipe completely submerged in the water. In order to avoid inhaling stones or more sediment and floating debris, the end of the suction pipe is generally equipped with a filter device, and it is strictly forbidden to remove the filter device when absorbing water. If the water source is shallow, it is necessary to dig the water absorption place deeper in advance to ensure that it does not contain debris and does not enter the air. Different sprinkler pumps have different requirements for water sources. The clean water pump requires no impurities in the water, and the turbid water pump requires no stones and excessive sediment in the water.
Before each time the centrifugal pump absorbs water, a certain amount of water must be added to the pump, and the water inlet must be closed after adding. When the self-priming pump is used for the first time, it is necessary to add water diversion, and it is not necessary to add water diversion later.
When absorbing water, the water inlet pipe system must maintain a certain degree of vacuum before the water can be sucked into the tank. The water inlet pipe system must be sealed and reliable, the hose must not be damaged, and the hard pipe must not have cracks, otherwise there will be air leakage, which will result in the inability to absorb water.
Whether the sprinkler truck is absorbing water or spraying water, the power take-off device must be in gear when it is parked.
Before winter comes, the water in the water pump and water pipe should be emptied to prevent freezing and cracking. Generally, there is no construction in the severe winter in northern China. Therefore, after the construction is completed, the water in the water pump and water pipe should be emptied immediately to prevent future troubles.
The front sprinkler of the sprinkler is located at a lower position, close to the ground, and the spray pressure is large, which can be used to flush the road; the rear sprinkler is located at a higher position (the sprinkler heads are generally installed on the left and right sides of the sprinkler), and the sprinkler surface is wider, which can be used for road construction sprinkler, use When using the rear sprinkler, the front nozzle should be closed; when using the adjustable sprinkler, the sprinkler width can be adjusted as required. The wider the sprinkler width, the less overlap in the middle, and the more uniform the sprinkler density.
In the process of use, lubricate the lubrication points of the transmission assembly regularly, and frequently tighten the connection points to ensure normal use.
The water storage tank of the sprinkler is provided with a sewage pipe, and the inlet of the pipe is the lowest point of the water tank. After a period of use, the drain pipe switch should be turned on regularly to remove the accumulated debris in the tank until the water becomes clear.
