Industry First: Infore Enviro Passes CNAS Laboratory Accreditation

Recently, Infore Enviro has been awarded the CNAS Accreditation Certificate (Certificate No.: CNAS L20716) by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). This recognition, earned through the company's exceptional testing capabilities and management levels, makes Infore Enviro the first enterprise in the industry to receive CNAS laboratory accreditation. This honor not only signifies that Infore Enviro's testing capabilities and management levels meet national and international standards but also highlights the company's leading position and technical strength in the industry.

CNAS laboratory accreditation is an important indicator of a laboratory's advanced testing techniques. Products that receive CNAS recognition must have their test reports issued by a CNAS-accredited laboratory. The accreditation of Infore Enviro's laboratory in the Changsha Base indicates that the test reports for its three major product lines (sweepers, garbage trucks, and cleaning trucks) within the accredited scope are highly authoritative, independent, impartial, technical, standardized, consistent, and internationally recognized. This ensures that Infore Enviro can provide customers with more reliable and accurate product quality assurance.

Since the launch of the CNAS accreditation project, Infore Enviro has placed great emphasis on it, dedicating substantial specialized resources to successfully complete several key capability enhancement initiatives, including environmental improvement, professional personnel training, and comprehensive system development. The company ensures "safety is guaranteed in testing, methods are well-founded, processes are documented, data is retained, and results are traceable". Following a rigorous review process, Infore Enviro's laboratory successfully obtained authoritative accreditation from CNAS.

Infore Enviro has consistently prioritized product quality as the core competitiveness for corporate development. In the past two years, the company has invested nearly RMB 100 million to construct China's first test base dedicated to the design of environmental protection equipment. This test base covers a total area of 20,000m² and features both a test field area and a test platform area. The test field area, which spans 15,000m², includes 8 major product test zones: general products, sweeping products, cleaning products, waste products, transfer stations, municipal products, new energy products, and landscaping products, with nearly 30 simulated test scenarios. The test platform area covers 5,000m², comprising 6 laboratories and 7 test platforms. It is equipped with advanced testing systems such as the HIL testing system, Siemens LMS vibration and noise testing system, DEWEsoft power analysis system from Germany, centrifugal fan testing system, and comprehensive hydraulic system testing system. These systems employ rigorous, scientific, and objective testing methods to thoroughly replicate actual operational scenarios, which fully meet the comprehensive independent testing needs for vehicle basic performance and various product operational capabilities.
