Vacuum Sweeper
The pure-suction type vacuum sweeper is one road sweeper with water-free operation and vacuum dust-suppression function. This product can be used for pure-suction operation with no sweeping brush and zero raised dust and can also be installed additionally with vacuum dust-suppression sweeping disc to sweep the curbs seriously contaminated by waste. It’s mainly suitable for the mechanized sanitation operations for urban main roads, airports, and ports and is especially suitable for the sanitation operations in the water-deficient areas and in the winter of North China areas.

-The middle-mounted combination suction nozzle is optimized to realize high efficiency and no raised dust and promote the waste suction/collection rate by 20%.
-The waste tank is in single-layer corrugated structure. Featuring good strength, large capacity, and smooth surfaces without skeleton, it eases the waste dumping and quick cleaning.

-The dedusting filter cartridge group is made of imported material, featuring good filtration performance and guaranteed quality.

-The perforated filter screen within the waste tank is made of stainless steel plate to guarantee good filtration perfor- mance and high smoothness, firmness, and durability.
● SIMPLE OPERATIONS AND CONVENIENT MAINTENANCES
-The advanced“Intelligent display screen + CAN bus”electronic control system realizes one-touch operations of main functions. The vehicle status can be real-time monitored via display screen of the cab, featuring easy operations and convenient maintenances.
-The one-touch sunny/rainy weather switchover damper is installed to realize the switchover of road sweeper between sunny weather dry dedusting mode and rainy weather sweeping mode at anytime.
-The full-automatic three-stage dedusting device is installed. The dedusting exhaust duct is installed with damping tester to real-time monitor and display the blockage status
