The car is modified from Dongfeng Tianlong Class II chassis with special operating devices and control systems.

3. Scope of application

1. Chassis
Chassis. It adopts the Tianlong DFH1250D4 type two chassis modification produced by Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., which has strong power and strong carrying capacity. The chassis is a domestically-made chassis of a national six emission commercial vehicle with advanced technology and reliable quality.
Engine. It adopts Dongfeng Cummins D6.7NS6B290 diesel engine with a rated power of 213kW and a rated speed of 2300r/min, and its emissions reach the National Sixth Standard.


The vacuum sewage suction system consists of a vacuum pump, a transmission device and pipelines, a sewage suction pipe, a sewage tank, and a rotating boom.

Suction dirt. The sewage tank is vacuumed by the vacuum pump, and the dirt is sucked into the sewage tank under the action of atmospheric pressure. The sewage is filtered and discharged back to the sewer. The sewage is stored in the sewage tank and is discharged after being transported to the designated place.

Clean up. The vacuum pump generates vacuum and high-speed airflow in the sewage suction pipe, and the dirt is carried into the sewage tank under the action of the high-speed airflow. Complete the sewage cleaning work.

Pressure row. Put the sewage suction hose into the sewage discharge place for pressurized discharge, place the four-way valve switch lever in the discharge position to make the vacuum pump run, and the system can realize pressure discharge.

3. Rotating bracket
The rotating bracket can be rotated, extended and changed through the control panel or remote control, which can realize field operations of different angles, amplitudes and heights, and has a wider range of applications.

4. Cleaning system
The inside of the sewage tank has an automatic cleaning function. The whole vehicle is equipped with a water pipe reel and a high-pressure spray gun, which can clean the whole vehicle and the work site.

Water pumps, pipelines, and water valves are all equipped with water draining function to avoid product damage due to freezing and cracking in low temperature environments.

5. Operation mode
The vehicle adopts the control mode of "operation panel + wireless remote control + operation button". When the work starts and stops, the control system's main power supply, hydraulic power take-off, vacuum power take-off and other working devices are separately controlled, which is easy to operate. The operation of the vehicle is realized by three operating devices, two of which are in the cab and one is on the operating panel on the right side of the rear of the vehicle.
