Horizontal Pre-Compacting Garbage Station
It's applicable for large garbage stations with 400 -2000t daily treatment capacity. Featuring high treatment efficiency, high compacted density, and excellent transfer economy, it’s especially suitable for large and super-large garbage stations with ≥1,000t daily treatment capacity and ≥50km transfer distance. System composition: Compactor, loading system, waste transfer vehicle, and auxiliary equipment, including central control system, monitoring system, and exhausting and dedusting system.

-The self-compensation sealing technology for the pushing head almost eliminates the waste inclusion in the rear chamber of pushing head.

-The automatic residue removing technology realizes the automatic removing and conveyance of residues in sealed manner after the filtration of percolate, requiring no manual cleaning.
-The 3D dynamic visualized control system real-time dynamically displays and monitors the operation process.
-The intelligent traffic commanding system realizes the full-automatic point-to-point commanding of station vehicles for dumping and container loading at designated positions, requiring no manual intervention.
