Basic work of road sweeper

The road sweeper equipment is specially used to clean the road surface and other equipment, which can well promote the rapid progress of life activities and ensure the efficiency of production activities. 1. Clean the cracked road section and spray a small amount of asphalt evenly, sprinkle a layer of 2-5mm dry and clean stone chips or coarse sand, and finally roll it with a light road roller.

2. If the amount of asphalt used in the surface layer is too much or the fine aggregate is concentrated to cause serious congestion, or the road surface has been crowded for many times in a row and the area is large, but the pavement base is still stable, all the congestion should be removed, and 10mm below the surface of the road surface, sweep away debris, debris and dust and redo the surface layer with hot asphalt mixture.

3. Due to the lack of local strength or poor water stability of the base layer, the base layer is soft and the bagging caused by the base layer should be dug out completely, and the base layer and surface layer should be re-made.

4. For local subsidence of road surface caused by uneven settlement of subgrade, if the soil foundation and base layer have been compacted and stabilized and do not continue to sink, only the surface layer can be supplemented. For the pavement with only slight subsidence, no damage or a small amount of cracks, sticky asphalt can be sprayed on the subsidence, then filled with asphalt mixture, and compacted and leveled.
