Solution: Due to the deformation of the sweep plate, the dynamic imbalance caused by the deformation of the sweep plate bolt mounting hole, the sweep plate needs to be replaced; Due to the dynamic imbalance caused by excessive accumulation of dust and sand on the sweep tray, the dust and sand on the sweep tray are cleaned up.

2. The pressure of the sweep plate touching the ground is too large, and the height of the sweep plate from the ground is not adjusted properly. When the height of the sweep plate from the ground is too low, the bristles of the brush are in contact with the ground in a large area, and the friction force and the pressure of touching the ground increase. At the same time, when the vehicle is running, the ground face of the brush has a resistance, and the supporting force of the ground face of the brush and the resistance of the brush are combined into an oblique upward force. When the resultant force exceeds the weight of the sweep plate, the brush is lifted and the weight of the sweep plate increases. Sweep tray falling. The solution:

Adjust the adjusting screw and the adjusting spring of each brush, adjust the working attitude of the sweep plate, and tilt the axis of the sweep plate forward to the outside; The front and outer bristles are effectively grounded and slightly curved; The contact circumference Angle is about 135 degrees, and it is visually crescent. After the brush is withdrawn, the rigid part is not wider than the car.

Sweep plate front tilt adjustment: adjust the length of the tie rod, so that the sweep plate axis forward tilt 4° ~ 6°(visual observation), after adjusting the lock;

Angle adjustment: properly loosen the tilt adjustment bolts of the sweep plate so that the left and right sweep plates are tilted outward respectively, that is, the left sweep plate is tilted to the left, and the right sweep plate is tilted to the right by 4° to 6°(visual inspection), and tighten the bolts after adjustment;

Adjustment of the ground connection of the sweep pan: adjust the height of the sweep pan from the ground by adjusting the length of the zipper and the length of the cylinder chain bolt. When the sweep pan is lowered to the lowest position, the sweep brush within 135° in front of the sweep pan effectively contacts the ground (visual inspection), and check that the brush bristles do not interfere with other parts during the operation of the brush, reducing the wear of the brush bristles or other parts;
