-The drive system and device can realize the driving/working speeds in different gears to effectively improve the working efficiency or performance.
-The water tank assembly adopts the corrugated structure design to achieve advanced structure and is treated with anti-corrosion measure to guarantee >10-year rusting and corrosion resistance for the water tank.
-The rolling brush is capable of lateral movement, slewing, lifting/lowering, and swing motions. The cleaning device is installed with high pressure spray boom and 16 spray nozzles to realize the cleaning performance of high pressure flushing + rolling brush and complete the cleaning of vertical walls and guardrails.

-The hydraulic supporting wheels are added to help support the offset load of superstructure and guarantee the operating safety of vehicle.
-The full-hydraulic drive adopts the load-sensing system to effectively mitigate the impact of boom system. The double-acting balance valve is installed to guarantee the safe motion and return of boom under any status.
-The multiple mechanical/electrical/hydraulic protections and the sound/light alarm system guarantee the safety of personnel, vehicle, structure, and operations.

-The large capacity clean water tank allows up to 3 continuous working hours with one full tank.
-The 2m long cleaning brush features strong cleaning, extensive operating scope, and significant effect.
-The professional reduction transfer case works with cruise control function to guarantee the cleaning performance.
-The independent high pressure cleaning and washing system realizes enhanced cleaning performance of high pressure flushing + brushing by rolling brush + detergent.
-Two sets of independent cleaning devices (Front and rear) complete the cleaning of wall upper and lower portions by one operating cycle. -The low pressure water circuit flushing system can also complete the cleaning operation of road surface, featuring one vehicle for multiple purposes.

● SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT MAINTENANCES
-The water circuit system is installed with filter to guarantee the safe and normal running of water pump. The electronic control system is centrally arranged within the control box. The hydraulic system is installed with air-cooler. The rear rolling brush cleaning device is installed on the rear of boom system and the front rolling brush assembly is installed on the front to ease the checking an maintenances.

TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

Multiple sensing and monitoring system can sense and monitor the execution of each mechanism's action during operation.

Outer wall cleaning mechanism: rolling brush revolu- tion + rotation + high pressure water mode.

Inner wall cleaning mechanism: high pressure water spinning nozzle + lifting cleaning mode.

Water spout is arranged on both sides of the mechanism to carry out high-pressure water spray washing along the barrel mouth to reduce the dead Angle of cleaning.
